By accessing and using the services of Igatpuri Hills Tour Tourism, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment or the required deposit as specified at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Payment must be made in full or as per the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept payments through various methods as specified on our website. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date and the type of service booked. Generally, cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are typically non-refundable. Special events and custom packages may have different cancellation terms.

Participants must be in good physical health to participate in our adventure activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unfit for the activity. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed to us.

Adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Igatpuri Hills Tour Tourism, its employees, guides, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the course of the tour or activity. We strongly recommend that participants obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, activities, or services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements where possible, but no refunds will be given for changes made for safety or weather-related reasons.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, permits, and equipment as specified. Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. Participants must behave responsibly and respect local customs, wildlife, and the environment.

We may take photographs or videos during activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you inform us otherwise in writing. Participants are welcome to take their own photographs for personal use, but commercial use of images requires prior written permission.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or other events of force majeure.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Igatpuri Hills Tour Tourism and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
